1st year on a BB DCM team. I enjoy working in debt markets (although I personally don't like being tied to markets so much). Have recognized private credit is an interesting career path that I'd like to learn more about.
How does the recruiting process look like for private credit teams at MF/UMMs? Also would love to hear experiences from people in the private credit space / DCM space would've made the transition.
