Debt Funds in T2/3 Cities?
I cannot seem to find many direct lenders with significant operations in smaller cities (DEN, SLC, CHT, etc.). I know Partners Group has some people in Denver but cannot seem to find many other groups in smaller cities. Anyone know of any shops (preferably focused on senior debt) in some of these secondary/tertiary markets?

I'm aware of the Chicago landscape and the mezz shops in Minneapolis, but was more curious about shops that mainly focus on senior debt (1L / 2L) in those smaller cities.
