Don't think any HH or PE fund will notice that you didn't graduate with honors. I doubt every candidate even puts that on their resume...
HHs meet with 1000+ candidates per year, so they're not going to spend time combing through every single detail of your resume. You're from a target school with a high GPA and will be at a top BB group. You're more than fine, don't overthink it.
