Difference between "as is" P&L versus "PF P&L"?
Hi guys:
As the title indicated, what is the difference between "as is P&L" versus "PF P&L" please? I'm not sure I understand the conceptual difference...
Thanks!

PF stands for Pro Forma, which is meant to show how statements change given a certain assumption. A very common case would be "pro forma for a proposed acquisition," where you go back and restate the company's actual ("as is") statements as if the acquisition had already taken place and the companies were already combined.
