Direct Lending in Los Angeles - Associate comp?

Currently a junior at a top DL fund in Europe, but will likely move to LA next year (for personal reasons), and am trying to figure out which shops to target for recruiting.

Very interested in Ares, and have a connection there that may help, but very keen to understand what the comp looks like for an ASO1/2?

Would also be very grateful for recs of any other shops (large or small) that are doing well in the DL space, and what one could expect as comp.
