Hey guys our team is currently recruiting analysts and I'd like to share a few things about us:
Echelon Equity is a simulated private equity firm that runs LBO deals on current public companies. We offer three analyst tracks: Equity Research, Technical Analysis, and Macro Policy. Our entire motto is to get our work such as LBO models, IC decks, or assumption docs reviewed by Wall Street professionals. So far we've met via zoom meetings with analyst from Apollo Global Management, Access Holdings, and StepStone Group who reviewed our work.
Our recruiting process first starts with reviewing your resume. Then you'll have 72 hours to build one of the three financial statements. After that, there is a live technical interview, followed by a 30 day trial with strict deadlines. If you miss a deadline without notice, you will be removed from the program.
You will have your name on real deal documents that are reviewed by these professionals. This is a great opportunity for students who are seeking a technical career in finance.
We are looking for high school seniors and college students who are already building financial models. Do NOT consider this your priority If you aren't willing to dedicate time to completing tasks at the intersection of school or other extracurricular activities.
