Electricity/Power Market Study Providers?

We are looking at a deal in the electricity/power transmission/distribution space. Given the smaller than usual check-size for this deal, we don't want to pay a lot of money but still want to have a market study. Obviously, this rules out the typical players that we turn to (i.e., L.E.K., EY-P, S&, etc.), so I was wondering if anyone had any good recommendations for a potentially industry (electricity/power) specific boutique commercial due diligence provider?
