Anyone ever heard of EMK Capital? Supposedly they just raised a 3bn fund and have incredible returns + carry at associate level.

Have a good friend who is a senior investment professional there. Great guy (he is actually a nice person — which cannot be said about everyone in the industry). He has said good things about the firm and the way they’ve treated him / others.
Friend of mine works there - gets carry and paid well from the associate level. Likes the culture and should have a great career progression within the firm. Firm has good returns - somewhat like a waterland - buy small businesses and do a lot of buy & build. Quite thematic firm.

Involved in their Investment Associate role interview. London office team is very very British; did not vibe well with the Partner; he was constantly pausing me while responding to his questions. Open IC where all Investment teams can provide insights/comments; carried from the Associate level. MM focus with offices in Europe. They focus a lot on behaviourals
