Engaging with HH as a senior
I am a senior in college who will be joining a reputable bank in NYC upon graduation. How important is to be filling out forms/engaging with headhunters at this point? I had been waiting to reply to reach outs/“stay in touch” forms from this summer until I felt more prepared to speak about the sort of funds I will target, but am worried I am going to be falling behind. Is it worth stressing about? Or can I largely wait until I hit the desk given how much on-cycle seems to have been pushed back?
