They don't do nearly as many deals as they used to. Unsure as to why, either due to the market or the founders/principals getting old. With that recruiting is not that active. Very little new hires in the past couple years. No more than 3ish associates have been hired in the past couple years if I am thinking correct. I know they hired 1 associate this past year
