Bump
Are they hiring?
Did an AC with them and got the offer. Ultimately turned them down for a better REPE spot. these days recruiting will be dominated by the cambridge mphil RE lot but the legacy team of exeter property group are commonplace in eqt exeter. Pretty low calibre (JLL cap markets types) in general, and incredibly vanilla deals with a heavy leaning on sheds and resi. Believe some more complex leisure stuff is down out of the US.
Website will tell u fund has performed well - dont doubt it but it’s a super vanilla strategy with hard working but not the brightest people in REPE. Solid place to begin if you didn’t have any other options.
.
Dude are you kidding me? US REIB by a solar mile
