Experienced VP comp check

Wanted to see if people thought this was under market or not? I ask because according to the comp surveys going around from the headhunters it seems under market. Heidrick Struggles is more in line but it averages VP when in reality that role can span 5 years. I feel somewhat underpaid reading comp numbers here or in those amity / Henkel surveys ?

I’m a post MBA hire: first full year as VP 550k (not the post MBA stub year)

Y2: 625k

Y3: 690k

Y4: 780k (title bump to senior VP)

I have 4.6m of carry in our fully deployed fund that is performing quite well thank the gods. We haven’t figured out allocations in our new fund. Should be a bit higher following the title bump. But this is a new title because we used to have 5 year VP roles and people complained.

Fund size I have carry in 7B. HCOL city in us.
