Final round presentation on a company's strategy - how would you structure it?

I have a final round with a VC fund that's asking me to build a deck on strategy for a publicly traded tech company. What kind of content would they be looking for in a deck on the company's strategy?

Looks good to me, but three things I would add:

  • there seems to be an absense of the "so what", i.e. after key drivers it would make sense (to me) to write a blurb on what these drivers mean, if there is room for improvement because of XYZ, etc. and then come back to address in your section 7 or 8
  • maybe you planned on doing this in the recommendations, but there needs to be a section of implementaton (if you recommend changing anything, which I would hope that you do)
  • I would include a summary of the liquidity / capitalization situation as that will be a key determinent of the amount of capital the company can spend on any initiatives
