^^ is this the answer - are these PE search tools? Could you elaborate a bit on their function?
Basically LinkedIn sales navigator allows you to create prospecting lists with which you can start to reach out email and approach companies and so that would be a way of starting to prospect. Otherwise it’s a process of going to conferences, networking, and asking for referrals from connected individuals. Without more information about what you’re trying to do I don’t know how to advise.
