Found: Comprehensive Breakdown of Compensation and Carry Practices at Private Capital Firms

Hi there guys,

Thought the community would find this interesting.

Found a document that details: average yearly carry distributions, average carry allocations/DAW by level, structure of carry pools, average cash compensation by level, average fees, average fee revenue, average payroll costs and a whole bunch of other metrics from a huge range of firms.

I have never seen anything this detailed so thought I'd share with you guys. Feel it goes a long way in bringing some transparency to how private capital firms handle their human capital/compensation strategies.
