Future of Work: Firms with Increased Flexibility Post-COVID
Currently a first year at a MF and our firm has skated around the idea of possibly providing some flexibility when we return to the office in September (i.e. work one day a week remote, etc.). Was wondering if anyone else in the industry has heard of any firms that are looking to implement similar policies (or even more aggressive flexible measures - for example, in IB, I believe Lazard is allowing employees to spend some time each year working entirely remote)?
