I took their interview but dropped the process for another firm. Very small, smart guys all around at the junior level with a pretty technical first round interview process (paper LBO, CIM review and discussion). Mentioned that they have the ability to scale up for bigger deals through additional co-invest from L.P. base in excess of committed funds.
