Growth Equity Superday Prep + Questions to Ask?

Have a super day coming up at a Growth Equity shop out in East Coast. Its a sizable and well known firm and the super day will consist of 8-9 interviews with juniors all the way up to partners.

Already had 3 interviews and case study before this. Any advice on how I should prep for the superday?

Doing research on the people and firm to come up with good questions to ask but will be good to hear some questions I can ask around fit/culture as the firm is big on that.

Practiced LBO and think qualitatively. Depends if the case study is over a couple hours or days - that will determine the complexity but in general, know the LBO thoroughly as you'll probably have to build a 3-statement, have 2-4 debt tranches, etc. Then be able to thoughtfully forecast revenue growth (this is esp. important for growth equity), margins, any other metrics. Be able to defend your assumptions and come up with a solid conclusion inclusive of deal rationale and recommendation, merits, and risks.

Why the fuck are you doing an LBO in a growth equity case study lmfao
