General Atlantic Associate Program Info

There aren't many posts on here about GA from the associate program perspective. Does anyone have any information to share on the prestige/pay / work/life of being an associate at GA? Curious about this as the firm is now sector-specific in hiring compared to before (I could be wrong here). Any information on any of the groups would be helpful especially is COVID has made culture worse. I'm targeting a 2022 Summer Start.

Specifically mentioning the Associate program as there are already many posts about the Analyst / Thematic Sourcing Program which I would not be applying for. From my understanding the IB > PE Associate program is more of a traditional PE role focused on deal execution as opposed to sourcing.
