General Catalyst Partners

Anyone here familiar with General Catalyst Partners? I know it has a pretty solid reputation in the VC world, but I'm more focused on their growth equity practice. Anything regarding culture, compensation, reputation, interview process, etc. would be much appreciated. Thanks all.

I'd be interested to know as well. They're certainly a top name in the VC space, but I have no idea where they play in growth equity. I'd imagine the brand is still pretty strong - one thing to ask is whether or not the VC and growth operations overlap at all. Some firms silo the two investment teams totally separately, but some have more overlap.
