Completely agree. Interviewed with them and people were so smug. This was SF office. Obsessed with needing a passion for their business model, which was someone alluded to is very opaque. It’s a job dude, shouldn’t have to be someone’s life calling (and the guy who’s it is probably isn’t the best candidate.) 

Otherwise stupid interview questions in my opinion. Drilling way too far down into some things like covenants on deals, seemed like they just did what they want with the candidate and probably didn’t replicate across applicants

have heard comp is severely below market given SF location. Hire an odd amount from no name employers and big 4. 

probably a difficult place to lateral out of if you want to be in infra. Would safely refer to them as bottom quartile
