Continue at my current fund for 2 more years then go out on my own and raise a fund.
GTFO out of my firm and either acquire a small platform or become a "hired-gun" type CFO. Something that allows me to control my own destiny.

Timing is everything in these situations. And by that I mean carried interest vesting schedules.
Retire early or otherwise keep working but really downshift the intensity after gaining some security.
