Good Book or Checklist on Juicing Returns with Financial Engineering

One place where I think my knowledge is sorely lacking is on topics of financial engineering to juice returns. I’m interested in the low-hanging fruit options to quickly extract capital out of a business from a PE perspective. For example, sale leasebacks, equipment leasing, or other ways to get capital out of the business.

Is there a really good definitive guide to  “hack and slash” PE tactics? I’d like to be a better banker by keeping all of these things in mind.
