Good salary range Frankfurt PE

I'm considering an offer for an infrastructural-energy PE in Frankfurt. Afaik, for an Analyst II 55-65k EUR should be a reasonable salary range, but since i've worked so far in another country in Europe, i do not have a real grasp of the market. Is this mid-high end or more into the bottom? How is the culture and working hours in Frankfurt, generally speaking?
