GP Investments: Career Path for future Analyst

Hey people; I just learned about this site and found it to be useful for getting valuable advice. I have noticed that most of the people here want to work in IB and then move onto a PE firm in the U.S. However, I haver a particular question:

I will be starting at a BB working in the Latin America group (Latam) of the bank, and like most analysts / future analysts on the site I have found private equity to be interesting and would like to work in that industry possibly after my 2-3 yr analyst program. Being from Brazil, I am incredibly interested in working in Brazil's top private equity firm - GP Investments

Are any of you familiar with the firm and know how they recruit there? I tried looking up on their website and online but found limited info as to whether or not they recruit analysts or only at the associate level. Would working in the Latam group of a BB be helpful in getting into this particular PE firm?

Would greatly appreciate the feedback from anyone with knowledge on the particular subject, thanks.
