Growth sourcing model
Looking for knowledgeable opinions on the sourcing model of firms like TA, Summit, etc. What do these responsibilities look like as you work your way up at a firm? How transferable is this skillset? Is comp much more variable, and would hours be worse? Thank y'all for the input!!
