GS PIA - thoughts?

Long time viewer but first time posting

I'm a second year analyst in a top group at MS/JPM, going through megafund recruiting now. Have several interviews lined up with the traditional suspects but also a random call lined up with a Partner in GS PIA for a potential opening in GS Capital Partners (the traditional buyout PE arm). Anyone have views on GS PIA? Have heard it's a backup for many GS analysts but again not sure.

Anything would be helpful - culture, hours, b school placement, etc. I don't work at GS and don't have many connections there (other than the person who helped me set up this call) so very difficult to get the inside scoop on this. Thanks in advance

Lots of deals in the pipeline, analysts rotate between private credit and equity, have a v good relationship with LevFin which feeds them unlike other funds who do not have this advantage, v solid team with smart people.
