Anyone have more color around culture, hours, comp, etc. at Harvest Partners' Structured Capital Fund (not their buyout fund)? They raised $1.28 billion earlier this year and invest in a bunch of industries. Would working in structured capital preclude me from "vanilla" buyout PE later if I wanted to leave?
