Which firms do the major MF/UMM headhunters (CPI etc) reach out to for first year names? Obviously they will for Evercore/Goldmans, but what about places that mostly place to MM like Greenhill/Guggenheim/Citi/Barclays? Do analysts from these places need to be more active in meeting the HHs? If so, how does this process work of recruiting from places less likely to get looks at first?
