Headhunter Zoom Meeting Attire
I have an intro Zoom call with a headhunter for a PE/VC position soon. What is the attire for calls with third party recruiters? Business casual? Suit?

What type of questions should I expect from a headhunter? Assuming I'll get asked the typical "what is your story" or resume/experience questions.
I've done several interviews with headhunters and actual PE / HF interviews and have always worn casual (fleece sweater)...several people on the other side were in shorts (including partners at MFs) and did not expect me to wear a suit / tie. FYI this is VP+ positions
