Headhunters Ghosting at the Worst Possible Times...

When you least need them you’ll get bombarded with calls and emails for LMM direct lending opportunities in Albuquerque. But when you have an exploding offer and need to check in on your top-choice process, right then they decide to start ignoring your emails, declining your calls, and forgetting about your existence. Haven’t been ghosted by this many white girls since freshman year when I still had braces...

In all seriousness, these people are truly some of the most unprofessional, rude and slimy characters I’ve ever come across. I understand that we’re not their clients so they have no desire to prioritize us, but wow this level of raw arrogance from a bunch of glorified EAs is mind-boggling. Headhunters are the best exemplification of the disgusting culture across the entire financial industry - filled with people only trying to advance their own selfish interests with no regard for who they screw over in the process.
