Career Resources
It varies but for the most part is comparable to MBB and certainly way better than most banks / corporate America in general. For most, but not all, UMM firms you can expect to have comprehensive medical coverage that's either completely covered or very heavily subsidized. A few outliers (HIG comes to mind, but not sure if they've changed recently) are cheaper on benefits but this is relatively rare. In either case, the comp differential should more than make up for any difference in coverage.
