First, you don't know anything about healthcare and you're only going to learn enough to be dangerous to yourself in the next few days. You are not going to be hired for your healthcare expertise. Rather, you should focus on conveying what are the attributes of a good private equity investment, and how you'd go about expressing that thesis in healthcare. Ie sticky recurring revenue companies like healthcare software, specialty clinics, firms that provide outsourced services so healthcare firms can focus on their core competencies, etc. If you want, take a look at some of the large cap healthcare PE deals out there and try and suss out their thesis, and then incorporate some of those theses in your answer.
