Very good rep, very consultant friendly, worked on deals with them and enjoyed it
In the US they are a sweatshop but incredibly sharp and successful. Most people say it's worse than banking.
Can confirm it’s also worse than banking in London, weird people but make good concentrated deals
2 initial case study rounds (45 mins each) and then a 10-12 hour live case study on-site (starts at 6.30 am ends at 6 pm), don't know how they're doing that with COVID at the moment. Very little interest in your deal experience, motivation etc if you have a solid resume and give a good 1-line answer
Thanks for the insight! It's so helpful to get answers like this, and I really appreciate it Were the case studies like consulting case studies, or more financially technical?
Purely commercial. They do also some more unconvential "cases" to assess purely your logical reasoning - never seen anything like it before at other funds. Not going to share what it exactly was but they're hyper-logical to almost philosphical questions. Bit uncomfortable at the time but if you keep calm you'll be fine and make it through
You are aware they just went through interviews for 2 additional associates?
Hey - how was your overall interview process like in the end? Going through a similar process soon and would like some insight! Thanks!!
