HH to pivot my career from Europe to Middle East

here a 28yo guy working in a PE firm originating deals in the renewable energy sector in Spain. i’m thinking seriously to jump from spain to middle east (UAE?) in order to boost my career (professional abroad experience working in a super international atmosphere) and get good compensation. does anyone know which is the average comp for analyst/associates positions (3y experience) in PEs?

i’m looking for reference of headhunters covering PE and infrastructure industry to reach them out, any?

expat package out of London (you have to resign in the UK), all relocation fees paid, tax free or low tax offers.
no car, no other cost except for visa and insurance (which will be provided by the employer usually)

But we just didn't want to live in that area due to a security clearance my partner has. It wouldn't have worked.

If anyone is in need of government/security clearances in the future, having lived in an Arabic country would potentially not work (plus other requirements like minimum years lived in the UK or similar).
