H.I.G. Flagship Fund

Was wondering if anyone had insights into the H.I.G. flagship fund. I recently passed their modeling test and am moving on in the process. Given that I’m from a non target school and went to an UMM shop I feel like this is a great opportunity, but a few things I want to clarify before going all in:

Pros: - Great returns, 20-30%+ returns on all flagship funds - Significant operational exposure

Cons: - sweaty

Clarifications: - Pay, I heard they are below street. But by how much? Am I looking at 200k/yr 250k/yr or 300k/yr?? - MBA opportunity, been snooping around LinkedIn and I’ve seen a few people at HBS / Wharton. Does anybody know where HIG associates tend to matriculate to? (Heard anecdotally that they don’t place well from MM fund but wondering if flagship is different)

Pay is base 150k / target 120k bonus - imagine the bonus could end up higher. Still somewhat below market for fund size but generous co-invest program (debt up to 250k with LTV of 70%)
