From small-cap PE to large-cap PE – how to prepare before starting? (Senior Associate)
Just received an offer to join a large-cap PE fund as a Senior Associate, coming from a much smaller-cap investing environment.
For those who have made a similar move, what would you focus on reviewing before starting? In particular: process, legal / transaction documentation, IC materials, financing, etc. (modelling is fine)
I have relatively limited P2P experience, so that is probably the area where I feel least prepared.
Anything you wish you had reviewed before making the jump? Thank you very much!
