Hi guys,
How would you structure a deal whereby you would take out the financials investors but get the employees to rollover equity and options into the acquirer's stock and options?
Is that possible?
Like "hey, here is $50m in cash and $xm of dollars worth of my hares + options. You guys give the cash to the investors and the rest to the staff"??
