How long is the wait after an internship Super Day?

I completed my final round for a summer internship on November 1st and followed up with the HR recruiter on November 8th after not hearing anything back. The recruiter responded the same day saying that the head of office has been out of town and just got back that day so she is connecting with him and then said she will hopefully have an update for me soon thereafter.I know that most people with offers hear back from Super Days within 2-3 days so I'm getting a little worried now. Even if the head of office was out of town, it's been 2 days plus the original 5 business days since I've interviewed. What are the chances that I can still get an offer?

Depends, I have received an offer after 4 weeks and heard back after 2 days
