How much will a 3.6 GPA negatively impact OCR?

For reference, i’m non-diversity and likely going to graduate with a 3.6 from a target (think Duke, Cornell, etc). Be brutally honest, how fucked am I for OCR with this gpa? I’ve heard it matters but will this immediately axe me from all MF/UMM processes? How much does GPA matter in the grand scheme of PE recruiting?
