Hey, I work in MM PE as an Analyst and comparatively to other firms, we are underpaid ~30-40k… with potentially even more of a delta with the recent pay increases from investment banks.
Any thoughts on whether I should bring it up or not? It just feels like I could have gone to any other fund, done the same work and gotten paid 40k more…
