How to deal with constant rejection in REPE?
I don't have a real estate educational background - it's urban studies, but I have good real estate internships. I've made it through all rounds of three REPE firms, as well as pretty far for a small handful of other firms, and have been rejected from them all, despite having gotten really positive feedback during the interviews and after them.
When I've asked for feedback after the rejection emails, I've been told that while my accomplishments are impressive there were other candidates who are better qualified for the positions.
Does anyone have any advice on how to better interview? I don't really know what else I can do besides continuing to stay fresh on technicals - I can't change my major at this point. I don't know why I've even made it to the final rounds for some of these firms if they don't think I'm qualified enough - it's given me so much false hope, especially with all the positive feedback.
