Hi monkeys, currently trying to recruit PE and I'm wondering how can I find why a certain PE firm made an investment in their portco? Some PE firms have case studies of their investments on their websites but usually these don't have sufficient info. Maybe I can look into press releases or public filings of the portco before the buyout? Thanks!
