How to Market Yourself to Family Offices as a Junior Level Employee

HI,

I wanted to know if anyone has any insight on how to market yourself for potential junior level hires with family offices? I am based in New York and am trying to broaden my job search. I understand that most hires are more experienced but would love if anyone has insight on how to effectively network with family offices.

Are there any recruitment firms that specialize on family offices and what is the best way to sell yourself?
