How To Move Over To A Company Where Your Boss Has Good Relationships
I currently work in Firm A. Recently, through a job posting I saw that Firm B had an opening. Firm A and Firm B are not competitors but work on opposite sides of a transaction (ie. buy side / sell side).
I want to move to Firm B. I do know the people there but what concerns me is whether word will travel back to my boss that I tried to recruit there.
Why am I concerned? One of the lads in my office got sacked after it was found he was recruiting elsewhere.
