Purely a guess on the PE side based on what I know from the London market - but based on the fund size, I'd imagine they would pay as well as the other large funds (e.g., EQT, CVC) - maybe not as much as (say) Advent, KRR, Blackstone. Maybe something like £220 - £250k all in for Associate 1?
