I would like to know what kind of interview questions would I get for a Secondaries associate role (not buyouts)?
for this short 15-30 min excel test what will they be testing me on? Calculating NAV or do a short LBO or DCF or will it be cash flow modelling? Or will it just be testing my excel skills.
also after this stage will be a 2 hour case study, what will that consist of also?
