If someone says "here is a company's long term operating model, take a look and come up with a question list" what types of things should you be looking for?
Title says all, I am looking for what types of things I should be looking for (e.g., what types of "questions" are value add to come up with other than basic assumption rationales like why did you make that driver x% or whatnot).
Thanks!
How they make money what pain point do they solve where in value chain do they play etc
