Independent Sponsor Comp?
There's been a few threads about IS comp, and I get that it's wildly variable between firms, but does anyone have any sense about what carry/promote allocation should be for a small IS for a VP position? Goal for overall team size would be 4-5 and I would be #3. Thanks in advance.
