Industry Analysis - PE interview

I have an interview with a small PE fund and they ask me to do a "brief industry analysis" of my choosing. I have three days to do this. Anyone know what this entails or what I am suppose to include in this?

1) Pick an industry (one that the firm focuses on) 2) Map out competitive landscape (how many direct competitors, outlook for pricing i.e. substitute products, barriers to entry, etc.) 3) Growth prospects and projections for the industry 4) Regulatory hurdles 5) Cyclicality and current market view (growth prospects of target companies, financing environment, room for multiple expansion (never suspect this though, but always nice to get)).

That's all I have off the top of my head...

Thanks! Is industry analysis usually purely qualitative?
